My name is Nicola (Nikki) Crincoli. I am a mother to, 2 amazing daughters Gianna (12) and Milania (9) yes we are Italian!!! Lol ,I grew up in north jersey and moved down here in 8th grade. It was a huge adjustment , but I am a HUGE believer in everything happens for a reason. After I graduated High School I went to Brookdale Community College for Fashion Merchandising, as I was in college , I was a receptionist at the salon in mall. The women always seemed to be in a good mood, making money, talking about the newest and greatest places to eat at , shop at, and mothers had a flexible schedule. It was then at almost 20 years old I decided to go back to school for hair. It was by far the BEST Decision for me!! In my 20 years I have worked at many different salons in the area, which is normal in the industry. It’s a growing and evolving business every year. I have met some amazing people through out this journey, clients that know more about me then my own family. I have taken many color classes in Goldwell , Redken, Schwarzkopf and loreal. I went through a pretty intense loreal program, I have had many cutting classes and a certificate in the basics of balayage. I am definitely a Diversified Hairstylist, I always love a change and always up for a good corrective color.I will still be continuing my education every chance I get. When you become my client you also become a friend and I promise you it’s an experience you will never forget. I always listen to my clients needs,have a proper consultation even if you have been with me for years. There is no getting bored with your hair with me!! So ,the next chapter in my journey was taking this risky chance of going into business for myself!! I was told something today by one of my clients, STRONG WOMEN RAISE STRONG WOMEN!!! That’s what I intend on showing my daughters! I’m in the Sola Salon Building attached to the Ocean County Mall, but not inside it.
